1. Unplug the mower and elevate it. Place the mower on a work surface and secure it with chocks or other devices.

2. Remove the drive belt cover. There should be a single screw holding the cover in place. Remove the screw and set the cover aside.

3. Identify the two pulleys that are connected by the drive belt, then route the new belt around both of the pulleys.

4. Wrap the belt into position over both pulleys and engage the pulleys.

5. Tighten the belt onto the pulleys using a belt tensioner.

6. Reinstall the belt cover and secure it with the single screw.

7. Lower the mower and reconnect the power cord.

8. Start the mower and make sure the belt is running properly. Adjust the tension as needed.
